The Facilitator Training Series prepares adults to deliver the Reconnecting Youth Program to a group of youths. Now it includes an annual subscription to our NEW state-of-the-art Learning Platform!

Training Format

This foundational training is a blended-learning experience, including asynchronous, self-paced and interactive lessons and live online, cohort-based webinars with practice and feedback.
Expected Time Commitment:

• Approximately 6 hours of independent, self-paced learning, PLUS
• 2 1/2 hours over Zoom each of three day (e.g., M, W, F OR 3 Wed in a row)

What is Covered?

During the course of the Training Series, we will explore the RY Program theory, prevention model, and lesson structure. An interactive overview of the entire curriculum is included, along with video examples of successful use of all program components.

In addition, the training includes practice with immediate and personalized support and feedback. This engaging training experience empowers participants to leave the training competent and confident to implement the RY Program as designed.

Required Materials

Note: Curriculum Materials must be purchased separately. An RY Curriculum Set is required for each RY Facilitator and an RY Student Workbook is required for each youth participant. View/Order RY Materials .
